Hello, I recently upgraded my CPU and motherboard to a Ryzen 7 5700X from a Ryzen 5 2500X. When I turn on the PC and connect it to the internet via Ethernet or Wi-Fi, Windows crashes and displays a black screen. The system then loops and waits about five minutes before reaching the Windows recovery options. None of these steps seem to resolve the problem. I’ve tried deleting everything on the drives, reinstalling Windows, clearing all drivers, updating my BIOS, resetting both the CPU and RAM. I’m still unsure how to fix this issue and would really appreciate any advice.

Without the connection, the computer remains active and does nothing. I've tried various networks and they all behave the same way.
