The Corsair 3200 works best at 2933 ±1.2V. Consider testing different RAM modules first. Once stable, run Memtest86 to check for issues.

It might be that either of the RAM modules has a defect. You could test one stick instead of the other to determine if the issue continues. Has anyone else considered this approach before?

I've tested it myself and performed the Windows memory check on the latest build—it reported clean results. This isn't a standard memtest, so we're moving forward.

Which motherboard is being used? Was the earlier version identical to the current one? Have you inspected the CPU pins for any signs of harm?

MSI X570-A is the model you're using now, and the previous one wasn't the same. The processor worked well after transferring it to the new motherboard.
