Seems to be a common issue and it is the latest bios. It will not let windows boot when TPM is on. Turn TPM off, windows boots and also installs. mothers gage downgraded or reinstalled the bios, ti get it to work. So I will have to keep on installing bios and downgrading until one works.

I don’t have any other PCs that can use an NVMe drive. It looks like a typical problem. When it shuts down or restarts, there’s an issue with the TPM. Turning it off resolves the problem, allowing it to boot or install. Reinstalling the same BIOS helps for some, while others need to lower the BIOS settings until they find one that works with TPM.

Identified the problem as related to Windows. Performed an update but doesn't start with TPM enabled. Reinstalling the same BIOS resolves the issue. However, Windows appears to have a TPM conflict.
