It's located in the boot manager, looking for the drive where Windows is set up. You didn't start from the USB device.

Windows seems damaged? Confirm it. Have you attempted to start it on a different machine? Windows typically doesn’t enter a blue screen unless there’s an issue. You may want to inspect the hardware first.
