You should avoid the problem. Consider resetting the CPU and RAM (it's frustrating), then restart what you were working on before it failed. If the issue persists, update the BIOS of your motherboard using another machine and a flash drive to the newest release. Should that not resolve it, request a return or replacement for your CPU.

I used a previous Windows 10 version I own (it has licensing restrictions), though I believe I've had it since Windows 10 was released.
