Hello everyone. Over the past weeks my windows has shown strange behavior. When I press the ~ and ´ keys, it doubles the text in every textbox, like ~~ and ´´, but not on the Windows UI textboxes. I suspect it might be related to a Razer Synapse issue, though I tried uninstalling it without success. The same happens in safe mode, with no clear reason for the problem and the same outcome. On the Windows UI, I have to double-click to get ~~ or ´´, while other textboxes only need one press. I don’t find any information online, so I’m really hoping you can help me understand what’s happening. 2022-12-19 20-59-54_1.mp4 Thank you all for your support. Have a great day!

Possible issue detected with the active language pack and dead keys. Certain characters require double presses to form distinct letters—these are known as dead keys. For instance: ó (´ + o) ò (` + o) ´´ (´ + ´) `` (` + `). Could you confirm which language pack is currently active? It appears to be English [INTL]?

Estou no layout português.

Sure, I've tried other keyboards and the outcome remains consistent. It seems like a Windows issue I'm pretty sure about.
