You might need to replace your bootable drive or fix hardware problems. Based on the details you provided, the best options are either create a fresh ISO or attempt to swap or clear the RAM modules.

I attempted to set up via USB. My system specs are: Desktop HDD - 500gb, GPU - Nvidia GeForce GT610, RAM - 4GB, DDR4 or DDR3 not sure, CPU - Intel Celeron 2.5 GHz, power supply 250W. The PC is prebuilt with Windows 10 already installed, and I recently switched to Windows 8 for a cleaner look. Now I’m quite confused about what to do next, especially since I need to install Windows 10 but it doesn’t work. Maybe I should wait and restart; sometimes that fixes issues after a crash. When the system crashes and shows a BSOD, I power off the PC. I also have another HDD, currently using Windows 7 there, and I’m planning to install Windows 10 on that second drive—first I need to disconnect the main one, then connect the second one.
