I ran a Malwarebytes scan on Windows and everything seemed fine. However, after logging in, all your files disappeared except for the profiles, and it indicated that signing in to your account wasn't possible. What should I do next?

Shut down the system and attempt once more—if it fails, connect your HDD/SSD to another machine and check if the files remain intact.
