It depends on the terms of the ISO you downloaded. Some evaluations are valid for a set period regardless of usage, while others may expire after a certain time even if unused. Check the documentation or contact the provider for details.
If it's an evaluation lasting 90 days, it will automatically end after that period... that's all.
After that, it should function properly once you upgrade the PC and perform a clean installation.
