Your system has plenty of DDR3 RAM, but Windows is reserving 8 gigabytes for a cache instead of using the full 16 gigabytes. When it runs low, it crashes and asks you to close programs. You might want to adjust how much cache Windows uses or explore other settings to manage memory better.
I think the cached data is always shifting and updates frequently... it could be an issue with one of the RAM modules or the display panel.
