Windows isn't removing the files.
I'm facing issues where Windows deletes files and causes the CPU to run at high usage. I'm using Windows 11 on a Gen 2 P17 Lenovo ThinkPad. The system appears to have an OS problem, but Lenovo hasn't seen this before and advised me to keep trying. I've also tried booting in safe mode, which didn't work either. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

There are now several files, and it seems safe to access the internet without issues. I handled these problems by owning them in Windows. I created a script years back that allows me to right-click and claim ownership. Now I can delete or move them easily.
