I set up Windows 11 on NVMe drives and Manjaro on SATA SSDs on separate partitions. The bootloader isn’t recognizing Windows yet. I turned off Secure Boot and Fast Boot.

Have you tested it with the windows partitions installed? Also, make sure the nvme drivers are installed.

Check the configuration file and verify GRUB_DISABLE_OS_PROBER is not set to false. Remove any hashtag before it if needed.
