What is your primary DNS server, i.e. what is its IP address? Either your Internet connection isn't working or the server is unreachable.
And if that doesn't suit you, consider using alternatives like nslookup www.google.com 8.8.8.8 To verify another DNS server. You might try 9.9.9.9, 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4 or 1.1.1.1 for testing various well-known DNS providers.
You can reach this forum using a second device or a mobile phone. Check the DNS IP addresses from both systems. Note: if it's a phone, is it linked to a Wi-Fi network?
