What is your primary DNS server, i.e. what is its IP address? Either your Internet connection isn't working or the server is unreachable.

Run the command in a terminal to view network details, locate your DNS server's IP, then send a ping followed by nslookup to check connectivity.

And if that doesn't suit you, consider using alternatives like nslookup www.google.com 8.8.8.8 To verify another DNS server. You might try 9.9.9.9, 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4 or 1.1.1.1 for testing various well-known DNS providers.

You can reach this forum using a second device or a mobile phone. Check the DNS IP addresses from both systems. Note: if it's a phone, is it linked to a Wi-Fi network?

My phone is already linked to Wi-Fi, I'll attempt it now.

I don't have access to your computer's details. Please check your network settings or ask your system administrator for the DNS IP address.

You can locate that IP address by checking your router settings or using an online DNS lookup tool.
