Hey there. I've got a strange problem from yesterday. My monitor began displaying random red pixels, then it started flickering occasionally. At first I thought the HDMI cable was the issue, but later I noticed it only happened during certain activities like games or YouTube. After updating the Nvidia drivers, things got worse—it kept flickering unless I was on the Google website. When I get home, I plan to take apart my PC, clean it, and hope for the best. If you have any tips, please share them. Thanks!

When you expect it that it might be your gpu drivers: -Start by using a program named DDU. ( https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/dis...nload.html ) -Download and install new drivers from nvidia. Just uninstalling them through admin panel isn't complete enough to be sure It's a good point to start your troubleshooting journey. Edited September 26, 2018 by partymarty added DDU link

Irrelevant to obtain DDU. In Nvidia drivers, choose "Advanced" and select a clean install. This will erase all previous settings, prompt you to restart, and after logging back in the setup will resume shortly to install the new drivers. You might attempt a clean reset and ensure the PCI-E lane is free of debris, though this is uncommon. Personally, it seems like a faulty GPU memory (based on past experience). You should bring your graphics card back under warranty for replacement, or return it if the return period has passed.

Which option are you referring to? The Nvidia Experience or the other one?
