I face an issue with my PC.
Occasionally while playing GTA, it starts to lag. The game runs at 2-5 FPS and the GPU only uses 10%. When I switch back to the desktop, Windows becomes choppy and the video plays poorly.
I attempted to reinstall the GPU drivers using a clean install via DDU, but the problem continues.

My system details:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700x
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti
RAM: Corsair Vegeance RGB Pro 16GB (2x8)
Motherboard: MSI B450 Tomahawk Max
SSD: Sabrent Rocket 1TB NVMe M.2
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM
PSU: Seasonic Focus GX-550
Background apps: Discord, NZXT CAM, GeForce Experience, SteelSeries GG, MSI Afterburner + RivaTuner, Logitech Hub, Steam

Verify the CPU and GPU temperatures. Apply MSI Afterburner. Which CPU cooler are you employing?

In the video you can observe the temperatures in the upper left corner, but they are around 72ºC for the GPU and 53ºC for the CPU.
I use the standard CPU cooler for the Ryzen 7 2700x (AMD Wraith Prism RGB).
