It really doesn’t matter; you can reinstall Windows as often as needed, whether from the original manufacturer or a retailer. There’s no distinction anymore in Windows 10.

They are genuine keys... not just store-bought ones. OEM keys function just like any other standard keys.

OEM refers to the original equipment manufacturer used by system builders. You can purchase genuine OEM keys just like retail ones directly from a store. There’s no ambiguity about their authenticity.
