it wasn't an issue with the chipset drivers until I attempted to install the other one.

i didn't know what he did, i was at work and came home to see it. i thought he played something, so i tried playing but nothing worked. then i went to devise manager and realized there was no more amd integrated graphics. when i checked the task manager, the gpu tab was gone too. i restarted after that.

Go here and obtain the DDU Uninstaller. Employ it to eliminate all AMD drivers. Once completed, restart your system and reinstall the chipset and video drivers in that sequence.

it suggests putting the system in safe mode, performing the action, and then disconnecting from the internet. reinstalling drivers becomes difficult without an internet connection.

The system was cleaned using DDU, followed by a restart into normal mode to install the drivers. Did you check the video drivers from the mini-PC manufacturer?
