I don't understand what this might be. The symptoms aren't consistent and usually appear after about 3 minutes of startup. I rarely use Windows, so I'm not sure how to look for logs that could help. Windows 11 Pro Version 10.0.26200 with a Ryzen 5 5600x and B550 GPU is running on 650W. Problems include apps freezing and not closing, MSI files and winget files not installing properly over time. It's really inconsistent—if you can share any logs or details, I'd appreciate it.
