I connected a second monitor and my main display stopped seeing me as the source. I restarted, but now Windows seems to treat my PC like a touchscreen. There’s a touch keyboard option, yet I can’t drag windows around easily. The interface feels odd and hard to use. I’m unsure how to get back to the original settings. Taking out the second monitor and restarting didn’t help either.

You're now in tablet mode. Tap the notification icon and select the tablet mode switch to deactivate it. Then navigate to Windows settings and turn it off entirely, or use the shortcut if the option appears immediately.
