Windows is acting unexpectedly.
I'm having trouble identifying the issue. I reinstalled Windows and updated all drivers, yet the problem persists. It occurs whenever I use any Windows feature—like the notification bar, sound, battery, or even Microsoft Edge. The screen freezes briefly before returning to normal after a couple of seconds. The sliders for sound, battery, and notifications flicker and don't display correctly. I've attached photos and a video link for reference. Please help me as soon as possible.
