When setting up Windows, should you create a local user account first and then link your Microsoft account, or should you add the account directly during the installation progress? It makes a difference after the install finishes. This isn't a joke—it just came to mind today. I'm curious what others think. After all, it's for my knowledge. TNX✔

The main variation lies in using an MS Account. Windows will handle the login and sync with any MS services like the Store, Office, OneDrive, Skye, Xbox, etc. A local account requires manual entry of credentials for these services, but converting it to an MS Account automatically takes care of that.
