I have a HP Pro 3505 prebuilt PC, and I attempted a fresh Windows 10 installation but the installer won’t launch—it’s stuck at the Windows logo. Windows 7 also has this issue, though I had Kali Linux installed and it worked perfectly. Note: I tried three Windows 10 builds—1809, 1903, and 2004. Please assist.

The 1809 version is free from bloatware, while the other two come directly from Microsoft's site. I also have a Kali Linux copy that functioned perfectly.
