I recently received a Z690 DDR4 from MSI along with a 12600K. After turning it on, everything in the BIOS functions correctly. No issues with the CPU, RAM, or graphics card as confirmed by the BIOS checks and motherboard lights indicating proper detection. I believe no hardware was damaged. However, during Windows installation, I encounter only a blue screen—just a uniform blue color without any error codes, but no interface appears to guide the process. I’m attempting to install Windows 10 64-bit.

It's possible your Windows ISO or disk image is damaged. Remove the existing file and obtain a fresh one—it should resolve the issue.

I've attempted it a few times and used various USB drives.

Occasionally it happens due to insufficient RAM, so you might want to remove the sticks until it works properly.

Yes, it means the system has all 32 GB of RAM installed, which is a positive sign.

I identified the issue. It was a simple mistake that took me around eight hours. The problem stemmed from having a hard disk drive connected. Either the drive was failing or its speed was insufficient for the Windows installation tool. Likely, the drive was too slow and caused the setup.exe to freeze because the program was trying to list all available drives first. Removing the HDD resolved the issue completely.
