Hello, your new PC is ready, but the Windows installation halts at 33% when preparing files. You’ve used both USB and a DVD, and the drive partition is set correctly. You have a 1 GB Aorus Elite X570 and an NVMe M.2 drive to install on. Let me know if you need further help.

Do you have the previous Windows version drive from earlier builds? Attempt to boot it—just for testing. Also, see if it experiences crashes or freezes; this could indicate a hardware problem.

Sure, the previous storage device was successfully installed and started working properly.

It started up successfully, but it functions properly for about half an hour without any issues.

It might be a USB drive issue. If you still wish to install the system, attempt to use another flash drive. You can also duplicate your existing setup with Macrium Reflect Rescue USB. Alternatively, if your previous system is on an SSD, moving it to a different M.2 drive won't offer any advantages. You can opt for a faster storage device as the primary work or data drive for applications requiring higher speed.
