Your system has a lot of memory available, but Windows reports high usage due to background processes or software. The actual usage might be lower if many apps are running efficiently. Checking the Task Manager or System Monitor can help identify what’s consuming space. You can also try closing unnecessary programs or adjusting settings to free up RAM.

Current RAM usage: 5666MB. Remaining space appears to be allocated to another user or process.

Check if there are unused sections and consider removing them to optimize space.

Review processes table. For additional depth, consider downloading RAMMap.

It seems most of the data is stored in cache, clearing it only when necessary. Resources that aren't used become wasted, and every operating system works to optimize its usage.

RAM cache isn't displayed overall; it doesn't count toward used RAM in Windows. You can see it in the details, such as @Shpookie mentioning 10GB of active RAM which seems appropriate given your current workload.
