Do you recall when clicking Refresh on your desktop causes everything to flicker briefly? Since the most recent Windows update, your icons have been blinking and showing an hourglass for a moment. This is bothersome. How can I figure out if something is wrong with this issue? Thanks.

This hasn't happened before and it doesn't seem useful. Have you considered restarting the computer?
