WHS is no longer available. You can still obtain the ISO from MSDN if you're a subscriber. It seems you likely aren't, so you may need to search online for one that might be shared in discussions on mydigital.info.

Windows Live Mail isn't the same as Windows Home Server. The sole download options available from Microsoft are through MSDN. It has been discontinued for Windows Server 2012: http://www.redmondpie.com/windows-home-s...rver-2012/
