Located the fix. Executed the command prompt with admin privileges and typed w32tm /resync. Initially it said the computer couldn't sync due to a large time change. Adjusted my date/time settings from 2014 to 2013, applied the changes, then switched back to 2014 and completed the process. After that, I ran w32tm /resync again and it resolved the issue.
