Hello, I am speaking to you here because I have had a problem with my PC for several months, this problem generally occurs after several hours of use.
When this happens, my clock at the bottom right of my screen freezes and it is no longer possible to perform any actions on the operating system.
however with CTRL+ALT+DEL I can access the task manager, I see that my
GPU, 3D and COPY is at 100% everytime.
On the other hand, I have already tried to run a new task from the task manager (for example to open CMD because I cannot interact with the Windows search bar) and when I write CMD and click on "OK" nothing happens. I also already tried to "restart the process" for "windows file explorer" but that made the situation worse, the bar almost turned black and it was still not possible to interact with it.
I would like to point out that it is a desktop PC that has been working without problems for almost 5 years and that I built it myself. I would like to point out that I still have active monitoring and that the problem does not arise due to overheating. On the contrary, the problem often occurs when I leave a YouTube or Twitch video running and move away from the PC. When I come back it's freezing.
I clarified that it is not a heating problem, but I also cleaned all my fans, changed the thermal paste on my CPU and changed the CMOS battery as well, the problem is still there.
I have also already updated the driver for my graphics card, I will also do it for my motherboard.
PC Specs
MOTHERBOARD: Rog Strix B550-F Gaming Wifi
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
GPU: NVIDIA 3080 FE
RAM: 2x16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 3600MHz
PSU: Corsair RM750x
AIO: Corsair iCue H100i Elite Capellix
STORAGE: Crucial P2 SSD 1To / HDD 2 To
CASE : Corsair iCue 4000X
Thx for your help

Have you checked DISM and SFC to verify your operating system's health?
Are all major components current (GPU, motherboard chipset, network) and Windows installed?
Is there any overclocking happening with the CPU, GPU, or memory?
How recent is the power supply unit? This might indicate a heat or power concern on the exterior.

Hello!
GPU / Windows YES. I'll handle the rest now.
Also, I'm disabling the XMP profile.
After about 4 months, I started a PSU test using "OCCT Power Supply Test" for 20 minutes without issues. Should I extend it to 1 hour?
If it helps:

The PSU "test" isn't suitable for accurately evaluating PSU performance as a real hardware test tool.
Nonetheless, PSUs naturally lose efficiency with age. It's important to ensure your PSU meets the lowest recommended wattage for your GPU.

What are your thoughts on whether an 850W upgrade is necessary? Should I perform a full Windows reinstall just in case?

Execute DISM and SFC initially, then proceed with reinstallation. If necessary, ensure a high-quality 850W (or superior) power supply is used.

The restoration is finished.
The process went well.
I need to wait and check if the issue recurs later? x)

Hello, I performed a fresh installation of WIN11 yesterday. I kept the system frozen during the process, but it hasn't frozen yet. I plan to use my computer normally today and then consider closing the ticket!

Solution found. The clean installation performed excellently. I believe the issue stems from the use of DRIVERCLOUDS or DRIVERBOOSTER. Avoid using such sites or apps. Simply install all drivers from each component's website.
