I just started using One Drive recently, so really don't have any experience. So I came across multiple users in my company having two OneDrive folders within their File Explorer: Ignore the red circled Pesonal one. I've blacked out the company name, but as you can see there is a " One Drive - CompanyName " folder and a " CompanyName " folder. This is on another user's machine. On my machine I only have the " One Drive - CompanyName " folder. I could probably figure this out myself, but I'm honestly too lazy, but I'm also the one that needs to support this garbage. Microsoft is just making things unnecessarily complicated. @GoodBytes Help! I know you've gotta have an answer to this nonsense! Edit: Just to be clear: I want to know what the difference between the two bottom ones in the picture are. The Personal one I understand.

In your personal OneDrive, right-click it in the file explorer, select settings, then choose account. Add a new account and log in with your personal credentials.

You seem confused about the purpose of your message. What would you like to achieve?

I made the changes. You asked about the distinction between the two One Drive company folders. The wording was a bit awkward, but that’s how it came out in the op.

It seems like the design choice adds unnecessary complexity. I guess most companies expect the same for both business and personal files, but it doesn’t. Still, thanks for sharing your thoughts!

Yeah, I haven’t really felt it lately. It’s been a long time since I was in the IT world. I believe there might be a way to use OneDrive from the IT side because my company doesn’t have it.

Yeah I think its used in combination with Microsoft Sharepoint. And Sharepoint is honestly an unnecessary mess. Should be killed.
