Another observation is that my DDR speed often restarts after trying this, so it’s currently operating at its intended clock speed.

I encountered an issue, so I removed all my other storage devices and kept just the M.2 drive connected to the motherboard for installing Windows 10. Once installed, reconnect the remaining drives.
