I performed this action, but the problem remains. I observed the wheel showing up slightly longer—around 2 to 3 seconds compared to the previous 1 second—and I left the HDD unplugged during startup.

Did you rely on the same Ventoy installer from before, or did you generate a fresh setup with the Media Creation Tool?

For fun and laughter (after trying everything else), go HERE and save the graphics driver mentioned at the top. Of course, I understand it's an older version but I'm curious if it performs similarly to the current one with the previous driver. It should be AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition v23.10.2.

The problem was fixed by replacing the CPU. It appears the CPU stopped working properly.

WARNING: Right before this happened, I was using WINDOWS 11 DEV CHANNEL, which later crashed and damaged the CPU, motherboard, and SSD.
