Windows fails to start from the drive with installed Windows installation
when i attempt to set up windows, it seems to pause briefly before moving forward and only waits for the files to be prepared for installation.

The drive might have failed. If it was an M.2, it could have caused the device to fall.
It's a storage device listed in the system info but can't be used to start the computer.
This is completely fresh. It’s a brand-new version.
I activated CSM and it appears as a bootable device now.
New doesn't matter. I just finished assisting with a CPU issue that seems to be a brand-new DOA CPU. These new DOA components are common.
