Maybe I just have to try it, being completely honest. I’m aware that security issues like this usually occur. However, across all my PC software and hardware, the problem has always been linked to Gigabyte. Their software hasn’t worked on my system for about seven months now. Still, at least I’m back in control of my computer now.
I've finished buying Gigabyte motherboards too. Yesterday I had to figure out why my dad's system wouldn't BOOT or POST after arriving from across the country a few weeks ago. It seemed stuck on the splash screen, possibly due to only one stick connected and the CPU not working. We flashed three different UEFI versions using Q-flash and RAM round table, but nothing worked except the single stick and CPU. It looks like a defective board, something I haven't seen in years. I already ordered an MSI B760i and an i5 13500 to replace it. The previous three boards I bought were all from Gigabyte, as Asus has been reducing features and raising prices, but at least on the mini ITX range there are no good AM5 options—this one was the best I found.
