Hello. Based on your setup, I understand you're using an ASUS TUF GAMING B560M-PLUS with Crucial RAM. You're trying to enable XMP profiles in BIOS for better performance, but both XMP1 and XMP2 didn't work as expected. Now you're stuck with the default setting, which limits RAM to 2666 MB. Since your BIOS is up to date and RAM is configured on multiple slots, you might want to check the BIOS menu for advanced settings or consider updating your RAM to a higher capacity if possible.

Have you verified your memory is included in the QVL list? https://www.asus.com/Motherboards-Compon...VL_Memory/

The RAM should operate at its native 3600mhz without any adjustments. Can you adjust the BIOS to use its factory defaults? Your PC blocks changes for overclocking, but it currently runs at 4800mhz with standard settings.

Crucial is on the list though not the exact model, but I see no reason for it not to work. Crucial is decent vendor.

By default it operates at 2666Mhz for an unclear reason. I haven’t confirmed the exact issue, but I reset the BIOS settings and soon after I managed to select XMP1 and boot at 3600Mhz!
