It could be due to the BIOS being locked. Consider resetting the BIOS or removing the CMOS battery if you prefer a simpler fix.

I developed the boot USB by following the correct steps. You’ll also need to adjust the boot sequence in the HDD settings, placing the USB drive as the main storage device.

I adjusted the boot sequence to USB but still received no boot message. I switched Rufus settings from GPT to MBR and got the same result. The problem persists since inserting my SSD into Windows works correctly.

Prepare your USB flash drive in UEFI format. The operating system doesn’t recognize this setting. Visit the Microsoft download page for Windows 10, click “Download tool now,” install, and follow the installation guide.
