Hello all. I recently built a computer by myself for the first time. Upon first boot, Windows 11 wouldn't recognize any audio input/output devices. I have the Realtek, chipset, and GPU drivers installed and device manager says they work fine, but there is still no sound from either the I/O on the mobo itself or the case panel I/O.
For those wondering, I have a MSI B360 PRO VDH mobo.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! Could you share the make and model of your headset or headphones? If it's USB-based, you'll need to set up your chipset drivers for your system. For analog models, let me know which ports are connected—front or back? If using a front panel, confirm you've linked the audio connector to the motherboard header.

Also, did you install your operating system in offline mode and ensure all necessary drivers were added via an elevated command with the latest updates?

USB or 3.5' jack? Check sound settings and make sure output is directed to your headphones. If you have several audio devices, it might default to the one not currently active. Also verify that all your header cables (HD Audio) are properly connected to the motherboard in the correct header.
