It functions on the computer I built the installation media for, and I've used it before to install Windows.

In the past, it might be useful to recreate it. If it still doesn't work, there could be an issue with the new PC.

Absolutely, I've reworked it to fit the same length and structure.

It seems like there are very few choices available.

It doesn't seem to be the case, as my motherboard isn't displaying the drives and I've tried all the BIOS updates to see if it will function.

Copy memtest86 to a flash drive.
Check if it starts and operates correctly.
Test its functionality on the affected computer.

Ensure only a single drive is connected during installation. Perform a clean installation of Windows, making sure to prepare the target drive before installing. Refer to the provided links for detailed guidance.

Does the disk appear in BIOS? The loading spinning circle attempts to transfer temporary installation files for the start-up process, but it cannot detect any disk. Also verify that the RAM is correctly installed and the BIOS recognizes it.

What BIOS version do you have? I reviewed your motherboard drivers page and noticed the recent updates (3607, 3611, 3621, 3631) all included AGESA microcode updates. For AMD CPUs, staying current with AGESA is essential. This might explain why you're having trouble seeing any drives. I recommend flashing the latest BIOS (version 3631, dated August 14, 2025) and then testing your drives. Also, verify the QVL for storage devices on your drivers page to ensure they're listed. Non-QVL drives should function, though compatibility hasn't been fully confirmed.

Before attempting to fix the C drive issue, identify the reason why you can't boot using the USB installation. Likely, the motherboard prefers the old drive and displays the spinning disk continuously. On Asus systems, you should find a boot override option in the BIOS under the "Exit" settings to force a USB boot. Ensure your boot mode is set to UEFI. Also, note that using Windows 10 or 11 on a HDD is highly inefficient and annoying. A SATA SSD offers a better experience, though an NVMe would be even more ideal.
