Have you entered the address manually on either of the two systems? Are they using a PC or a NAS? What are your network settings, including subnet mask and gateway? Is NetBIOS over IP enabled? Does your NAS support NetBIOS? I notice it appears to be trying to reach the OEM name via NetBIOS.

Navigate to the admin terminal and run arp -a to view your network's ARP table. Compare the MAC addresses on your Seagate with the IPs listed in the terminal. Use 'Ping 192.x.y.z' with the correct numbers for your device. A successful reply with 0% loss confirms your NAS is reachable.
