About a month ago I updated to a new Windows 11 version, but my PC wouldn't start again without a blue screen. A specialist told me the motherboard was likely the problem. Recently I replaced the motherboard with a new one (MSI Z690A) and when I power on the PC, the MSI logo appears briefly before it restarts repeatedly. I can access BIOS but don’t know what’s causing this issue. Please help!

Did you perform a new Windows 11 setup after replacing your motherboards? An incorrect installation might have led to issues.

I received a USB drive with Windows 11, but I’m unsure how to set it up using the new BIOS.

You set up the same USB as before with your previous motherboard. Insert the USB flash drive into the computer and power it on while pressing F12 repeatedly. The system will launch a one-time boot menu. Choose the Flash Drive, then pick your language and opt for Custom Install. When prompted, choose where you want to install Windows. Clear all partitions until you see Unallocated Space, then click Next. Windows will generate partitions and format them during installation.
