I've used this gaming laptop (Thunderobot ST-Pro) for a week now. Windows 10 was functioning well with all the software. On day seven it suddenly crashed and restarted, making me panic. Please, urgent assistance is needed. How can I restore everything and return to Windows?

It's possible the connection was lost. I might restore the backup to check. If that doesn't resolve it, reach out to their support team or consider returning the device.

It seems like your storage device might be failing, possibly due to a faulty boot drive or a malfunctioning SATA controller. You could try removing the drive and using it in another computer to see if it appears. If it still doesn't show up, the issue is likely permanent. It's usually safer to take it back to the store instead of risking a lost refund unless you have crucial information stored on it.

Looks like hardware issue, just like others said. If you have another PC, you can check if drive itself works (if its removable and compatible with desktop). You can also try creating bootable Linux USB and using that. That way you can check if drive works or if its truly dead (so not just connector).

The item has been sent back and the refund processed. I’ll choose this alternative: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/NewVoid/saved/Qf3f8d

The problem appears to be a hardware fault since the drive didn’t appear in the BIOS despite being returned. Since it was covered under warranty, returning it to the service center was the correct step.
