I restarted my computer recently and the Windows Explorer window didn't appear. However, I could right-click on the empty screen (since I used a dark background, I didn’t realize it was logged in). I used Ctrl+Alt+Del to open Task Manager, but Explorer still wouldn’t open. I tried running it from CMD with sfc /scannow; it started working intermittently—sometimes around 29%, sometimes 32%, and today it reached 36% before functioning properly. The scan reported no integrity issues. Any suggestions? I attempted a factory reset, but when prompted for language, none of my devices recognized it, and all USB ports worked in safe mode or special boot settings. Could you share the system specs?
