Let me know the specifics. What parts make up your device? Was it assembled recently? Is it used occasionally or regularly? Share as much information as possible.

I recently swapped out my motherboard to the MSI B450 Tomahawk Max and upgraded to a Ryzen 7 5800X processor. My RAM is T-force 32 GB (16GB dual). I’ve also been using an RTX 3050 GPU for about a year now. The screen issue has popped up several times. Updated October 19, 2023 by DrStone

I've attempted several solutions to address the problem. The outcomes have varied, with some improvements and others requiring further adjustments.
