If SFC and DISM weren't effective, I recommend checking your memory for issues. If everything looks good, you can perform an in-place upgrade to Win 11 24H2, preserving all your files and programs. Place the Win11 installer on a USB drive, connect it, and run setup.exe from within your current OS. I applied this method on one of my machines with problems—it resolved them and only slightly adjusted a few settings afterward.
