I don't see any Windows Embedded 7 options listed on the official Microsoft site. You might need to check specialized repositories or community forums for embedded versions. Let me know if you'd like help finding alternatives!

The site offers a download, but its assessment is limited. It seems you’d likely need a corporate or business account to access it.

Thanks! I own a Windows Home Premium license, but if it doesn’t work, I might consider purchasing one from a reseller.

I saved the Windows built-in version but... why can't I get Rufus to create a bootable GPT USB? I see this message.

Since it indicates it's not an EFI image, avoid creating a GPT disk.

Yes, you can convert your ISO to an EFI image. Since your BIOS uses Insyde H20 without legacy mode, it won’t boot from the MBR, but UEFI requires a GPT file. Let me know if you need help with the conversion process.

I put Windows 8 Embedded on my system and it performs exceptionally well, even quicker than Windows 7 Embedded. I’m trying to figure out if OpenCL in the Metro interface helps speed things up. In the past with Windows 7, the CPU ran at full capacity when scrolling through heavy web pages, but now it only uses about 30% of the processor. Windows 8 Embedded seems to be the most efficient version I’ve tested so far. Why is that?
