Typically boards include two XMP profiles, have you tested both? (since one tends to cause issues regardless of settings)

Yes. A minimum of 3000MHz is required (you might succeed with 2933 since many boards use 3000MHz for XMP/3000MHz). The entire Ryzen design depends on dual-channel RAM, so it works if that isn't your preference.

What are you working on at the moment? Dual channel works fine unless you have a quad channel HEDT setup, in which case go with quad channel.

Also, which SKU does your G.Skill RAM have? If it doesn’t match these two, you’re unlikely to get smooth 3200mhz performance.

I just pushed my CPU to 4.2Ghz at 1.4v and RAM to 3200Mhz at 1.35v by myself. It’s functioning now, but I haven’t run a stress test in a game yet. I’ll share an update soon!

The crash happened often in Stormworks. Your RAM speed is 2155Mhz, but the BIOS expects 3200Mhz.
