Hello everyone, I recently faced an issue with my PC while playing Elden Ring. The computer would freeze, crash, and after making changes in Windows—such as uninstalling or installing programs—it would fail to save those changes when I rebooted. Additionally, the game stopped working entirely. I’ve tried searching online for a solution but nothing seems to work. I’m considering using a disk scan to check for deleted files, as suggested somewhere. My system details are: Windows 10, GPU Zotac 3070 Ti, CPU AMD Ryzen 5 2600.

Also ensure Restart is activated, as it saves your current settings into memory during shutdown for quicker boot times and retains adjustments that require a reboot to apply.
