Hi, your system has an 8GB x 2 DDR4 configuration on the H110M Pro VH, but Windows only sees one RAM slot. Besides checking the BIOS XMP settings, here are some tips: ensure the RAM sticks are correctly seated, verify the correct slots are selected in BIOS, and confirm the motherboard supports dual-channel operation. If issues persist, consider updating drivers or testing with a different RAM module.

It might be a bad RAM stick. I’d try removing one, restarting it, then swapping the other in and checking if each works independently. There are generally two slots on the motherboard for RAM, so I suggest placing them there if that’s what you have.

Attempted to start the system with every memory, everything functioned correctly. After re-seating and adjusting the channel settings, it now recognizes 16GB. Appreciate your assistance!
