Due to an unusual issue, my PC won't enter sleep mode even though I have the newest AMD drivers and it's configured for Ryzen Balanced. I've checked via Command Prompt, but the output shows no display or system info. No activation screen is present. Anyone have suggestions? Thanks.

Turn off hibernation mode in power settings first. Next, locate the sleep state option in BIOS and adjust it accordingly.
